Advantage|ForbesBooks has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned training and development leader and coach. Advantage works with top tier business professionals to position, promote, and market them as the thought leader and expert in their industry, community, or marketplace.
The mission of the Director of Training & Development is to coach and develop the A Player talent needed to hit our growth goals of 1,000 Active Members by December 31, 2018. Working both individually and with teams, the DTD will provide opportunities for Team Members to build their skills and capabilities through relevant training that drives growth and value both for the Team Member and the Company.
The Director of Training & Development provides support to Team Members through various types of training initiatives including group sessions and workshops introducing new systems and processes department- or company-wide, or individualized training to support Team Members’ unique professional needs. Additionally, the Director of Training & Development will build a career pathing program to provide all Team Members visibility of their potential for growth. He/She collaborates with company leaders to improve functional areas, teams and individual contributors, creating synergy and alignment around corporate goals and strategies to improve organizational productivity and effectiveness.
