Advantage Media Group has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter with experience managing a full cycle hiring pipeline from initial application through onboarding. The Recruiter is THE responsible party for building a pipeline of qualified A-Players by sourcing top quality candidates. Advantage works with top tier business professionals to position, promote, and market them as the thought leader and expert in their industry, community, or marketplace.
The mission of the Recruiter is to source and evaluate the right A Player talent needed to grow our company to serve 1,000 members per year by December 31, 2016. The recruiter will build relationships with local and regional sources for qualified candidates and increase the number of qualified applications. The recruiter will screen resumes and interview candidates weekly. This individual will create position announcements and work with internal managers to coordinate the flow of candidates from interview through their first 90 days on training.
The ideal Recruiter is proficient in the Topgrading methodology with a proven track record of sourcing A-Player talent. He/she is driven to hit defined performance targets such as days to hire and percentage of qualified applicants. The ideal candidate can coordinate dozens of candidates simultaneously and work across departments to source candidates in every function of the organization.
Outcomes (expected within the first 12 months):
Position is in Charleston, SC and reports to the Vice President of Operations. Team members are eligible for benefits package after a 3 month review.
