We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand & Media Specialist to manage high-value client relationships and create tailored marketing strategies. In this role, you will guide Members through the authority-building process, working closely with our internal team of experts to ensure each Member achieves their goals. This is not an execution-focused role; instead, you will focus on overseeing and guiding the strategy to help clients unlock their full potential.
You will manage the complexities of the authority-building journey, helping Members stay on track while addressing evolving priorities. By offering informed decision-making and exceptional coordination, you’ll play a key role in Member satisfaction and retention. You will own the post-sale relationship, customizing your approach based on each Member’s unique needs. Some Members will look to you for strategic marketing and branding advice, while others will rely on you to oversee the execution of publishing and marketing deliverables.
- Lead authority projects for 35+ Members, ensuring timely delivery of publishing and marketing deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior team members to coach and consult with clients on amplifying results using our programs and systems.
- Manage the execution of projects across multiple internal and external teams, handling timing, budget, and scope adjustments.
- Achieve a milestone delivery rate of 95% or more, maintaining focus on workflow management and executional excellence.
- Maintain levels of service that lead to a greater than 60 net promoter score.
- Maintain clear communication, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and alignment on expectations.
- Drive client retention, enhance relationships, and improve overall satisfaction with our authority-building programs.
- Member-Service Acumen: Build strong, lasting relationships with Members and stakeholders, anticipating needs and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly Organized: Proactively manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure flawless execution by adhering to schedules and achieving desired outcomes.
- Efficiency: Deliver significant output with minimal wasted effort, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility/Adaptability: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and complex situations while maintaining effectiveness.
- Professionalism/Executive Presence: Represent the company confidently in all client interactions.
- Teamwork: Foster collaboration with peers and supervisors to ensure seamless workflows.
- High Standards: Maintain exceptional performance expectations for yourself and your team.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field, ideally in a marketing, advertising, or media agency environment.
- A proven track record in managing a portfolio of clients, driving revenue through retention, renewals, and upsell efforts.
- Experience working directly with C-suite clients and managing high-value relationships.
- A passion for account management and demonstrated success in managing client projects and campaigns.
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Resourceful and able to overcome obstacles independently.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving processes, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
This role reports directly to the Director of Authority Experience and works closely with internal teams to ensure success for both the organization and its Members.
This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the convenience of working from home. Occasional travel to our headquarters in Charleston, SC, will be required to maintain connections with the core team and company culture.
- Regularly sit, stand, and use hands to operate a computer, keyboard, and telephone.
- Visual acuity is necessary for reviewing materials and computer work.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods while completing tasks.
